The Business Model Canvas is a visual tool designed for early-stage or existing companies to explore and develop many aspects of their business. The Business Model Canvas features 9 key sections, each outlining a different area of your business or project.
In this workshop, you will explore the basic flaws of business plans, an overview of new business model generation techniques and gain insight into the use of the Business Model Canvas. You will also hear about its application for known companies and examine a detailed breakdown of the 9 sections. Once all sections have been covered in full, you will begin to create your own Business Model Canvas for your project, idea or company.
