|Thurs 20th September||Managing my Income and Expenses
This session explains how to record income and expenses so you can effectively manage your money and cashflow. This will help you increase your profits and avoid any unnecessary surprises!
|Tues 25th September||Managing my Cash Flow and Credit
This session will help you understand the terms ‘cash flow’ and ‘credit’. You will receive guidelines and templates that you can use to evectivley mannage and chart your cashflow and credit.
|Thurs 27th September||Managing my Inventory
A successful business will never run out of stock and will never over stock! You will learn how to effectively manage your inventory so you have enough products available when customers want and need them without having too much money tied up in products that are sitting on a store shelf.
